Hi, Hi, my lovely friends... Today I'm sharing our secret homemade mango pickle recipe with you. This is a one of my favorite foods. It is the most delicious pickle I ever had. The flavor of it is mouth watering. Mango pickle is a spicy, tangy condiment made from raw mangoes, salt, spices, and oil. It’s popular in Sri Lanka, India, and other South Asian countries, served alongside rice, roti, or parathas. I think this recipe is worth for you.πŸ›πŸ‹

 Ingredients :

Raw green mangoes - 3- 4 medium size

Salt - 2 tsp

Red chili powder - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Fenugreek seeds - ½ tsp

Garlic - 4-5 cloves 

Oil - ½ cup 

How to make:

1. Wash and cut raw mangoes into small pieces, removing the seeds.

2. Mix mango pieces with salt, turmeric, and chili powder.

3. Roast mustard and fenugreek seeds lightly, crush them, and add to the mango.

4. Heat oil until hot and add sliced garlic to oil and fry it convert golden color.

        5.     After that slowly add the mango and spice mixture.

6. Mix well and store in a clean, dry jar.

7. Leave for 3-5 days to develop flavor.

This is perfect with plain rice, curd rice, roti, or parathas.
